Shipping Policy
We’re dedicated to providing the best possible service and comply fully with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Dispatch Lead Times
Orders are typically dispatched within three working days, though it may take a little longer during peak times.
If you need your order to arrive by a specific date or event, feel free to call us at 01258 452558 (Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM), or email us at support@epiccandy.co.uk.

During busy periods (like Black Friday or Christmas), dispatch times may extend up to 10 working days. If there's a delay, we’ll keep you updated on our website.


Delivery Options
We offer various delivery options within the UK, including Royal Mail, FedEx, ParcelForce, DPD, and more. Below are details for each service. Estimated delivery times are provided, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships, so you can monitor its progress.

If your parcel is lost and cannot be delivered, you’ll need to fill out a Denial of Receipt form before we can send a replacement. We cannot dispatch replacements until the parcel is officially confirmed lost by the courier.


Royal Mail Tracked 48
Cost: £3.89
Available for orders weighing less than 2.5kg. Delivery is expected within 2-3 working days. Royal Mail may deliver on a Saturday at their discretion.


FedEx
Cost: £6.98
Delivery expected within 1-2 working days.


ParcelForce Euro Economy (Channel Islands)
Cost: £17.99
Delivery expected within 2-3 working days. Recipients in the Channel Islands may need to pay additional taxes or duties before claiming their parcel.


DPD Northern Ireland (Two Day)
Cost: £14.99
Delivery expected in 2 working days.


Free Shipping
Available on orders over £50. Delivery is via FedEx and should arrive in 1-2 working days after dispatch.

If your order is large or contains fragile/liquid items (e.g., glass bottles), it may require pallet shipping. Additional charges will apply, and we’ll provide a quote based on the size of your order and your postcode.

Saturday Delivery
If you require Saturday delivery, please contact us at 01258 452558 for a quote (typically an additional £6 per parcel).

Mainland UK (Excluding Highlands & Islands)
This includes mainland England (including the Isle of Wight), Wales (including Anglesey), and parts of Scotland, but excludes areas like Argyll & Bute, the Highlands, and certain other postcodes.


Free Shipping Terms
Our free delivery offer (on orders over £50 excluding VAT) applies only to mainland UK addresses.

If your order exceeds the weight limit for free shipping or requires multiple parcels, additional fees may apply (typically £5.50 per extra parcel).

A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available, the courier will leave a card with instructions. Alternatively, use the tracking link to arrange redelivery or pick up the parcel from the courier's depot.


Returned Orders
If an order is returned due to the customer not being available for delivery, you’ll be responsible for the initial delivery cost and any return fees. Once the parcel is returned to us, we’ll contact you to discuss either a refund (minus delivery fees) or reshipping at an additional cost.


Heat Damage to Orders
Some candies are heat-sensitive (e.g., chocolate, caramels, and gummies), and while we can’t guarantee they’ll arrive in perfect condition during hotter weather, we do our best to pack them carefully. We’re unable to offer replacements or refunds for melted items due to heat exposure during transit, as stated in our Terms & Conditions.

Though we can’t control the weather, most orders are unaffected, and heat issues are rare in the UK’s climate. However, we recommend avoiding placing orders during particularly hot months.
